| ORDERS
Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow 14 -28 working days for delivery. Items in stock will be sent wthin 2-3 days of receipt of payment.
A lot of our items are hand made which do take time to make. We try to keep as much in stock as possible, however occasssionally delays or backorders may occur. If this happens we will notify you witin 1-2 working business days from you order. and give you the option of a substitute product, await for backorder or cancellation.

Payment methods accepted are: Direct deposit, credit card (via paypal), money order or cheque (payable to Cardnell's Country Collections) Please note all personal cheques require clearance from the bank before goods are dispatched.

| POSTAGE
Postage will be calculated automatically via our inbuilt delivery calculator from Australia Post. If however you have multiple items you wish to purchase please contact us for a discounted freight charge. Please not that time estimates given for delivery may differ slightly. We will send all parcels via Australia Post. Occasionally with some larger items it may be necessary to send via courier. If this is the case we will notify you first.

| RETURNS
We have a 7 day money back guarantee. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced. If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify me within the 7 days and we can arrange for an exchange or refund. Please note the freight cost for refunds are your responsibility and we will only refund the cost of goods and not the original delivery charge.
